Finance Manager

42DM is a fast-growing digital marketing agency for tech companies and established startups, with hands-on experience in promoting SaaS, fintech, software development, mobile apps, gaming, blockchain & crypto-related services, and online education companies from all over the globe.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of the Company in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. You will be in charge of the everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial and business plans.

Role:
Manage the Company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems;
Own the monthly close processes, KPI reporting, and analysis with department heads, COO, and CEO;
Oversee the operations between the Company’s departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures;
Own, improve, implement, and monitor the Finance processes and systems to help scale the organization, in close partnership with the Dev team.
Perform and monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the Company:
Controlling and analysis of cash flow and projects cost;
Payroll calculation and tracking;
Invoices and payables processing and tracking;
Liaising with banks and payment platforms;
Advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the Company’s finances;
Prepare financial management reporting (daily, monthly, etc);
Coordinate, advise and/or manage other team members within the Finance dept;
Actively manage the relationship and supervise the performance of external financial providers like accounting firms, auditors, and consultants;
Supervise the preparation of annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
Ideally, you will have/are:
English level: upper intermediate;
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
3+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis ideally within the digital advertising or marketing analytics industry;
Knowledge of financial reporting;
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information;
Demonstrated Excel/Google Sheets skills;
Analytical skills;
Drive to learn fast and a lot;
Team orientated, a “can do” attitude, and flexible approach;
Independent/self-starter with high attention to detail.
