• Spanish - Advanced level, perfect written and spoken language diverse and firm practical knowledge of conversational Spanish (is a must) 
• English - Advanced level
• Other languages are highly appreciated
• Perfect communication skills
• The ability to get on customer's good side

Responsible for ensuring great customer experience (channels - online chat, ticket system, mail, phone). Onboarding new customers and hosting live demonstration of the service.

Collect and prioritize customers' feedback. Set tasks in JIRA for our developers according to the feedback. Help our team continue delivering new features based on the collected feedback.
