Customer Support Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Support/Success , SaaS experience is a benefit.
• English - Advanced level, perfect written and spoken language diverse and firm practical knowledge of conversational English (Other languages are highly appreciated)
• Perfect communication skills
• The ability to get on customer's good side

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems, Jira will be a plusSales skills are highly favored

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring great customer experience (channels - online chat, ticket system, mail, phone). 
• Onboarding new customers and hosting live demonstration of the service.
• Collect and prioritize customers' feedback. 
• Set tasks in JIRA for our developers according to the feedback. 
• Help our team continue delivering new features based on the collected feedback.
