Responsibility:

• Develop and implement company sales strategy, provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Lead Company sales professionals and external distribution partners
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop sales team staff
• Stay up to date with latest sales management best practices and concepts
