We are looking for a full time Office Manager for our newly established IT Company in Kjiv! We prefer someone who loves dealing with people, is well-organised and has experience working with Microsoft Office.

- Assisting with general office management
- Personal Assistant of the head
- Assisting with quotes and proposals, sending them to clients and following up on them
- Maintaining the CRM system and reporting
- Data entry
- Assisting with supporting and helping manage the developer team members
- Answering incoming emails / calls
We expect
- Office Manager, with experience from 2 years or more
- Knowledge of English at a high level
- Experienced Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel)
- Presentable appearance, attention, responsibility
- Willingness for business travels should be available
