User Acquisition Manager for Chinese Market

Amazing Apps is an IT product company. We create mobile applications in the Health & Fitness, Utilities & Education segments. Today we have 15+ products in our portfolio that are used by millions of people around the world.

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager for Chinese Market to launch advertising campaigns using paid marketing channels.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns management: launching, optimization and scalin
• Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
• Advertising campaigns performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
• Research and evaluation of new user acquisition channels
• New insights and process improvements development

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing (specific experience with mobile consumer apps would be a real benefit)
• Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets
• Analytical mindset. And be prepared to do some maths 
• Higher education degree (technical, economics, applied mathematics, information technology)
• Experienced user of Excel
• Knowledge of Chinese

Would be a plus:

• Experience in digital marketing for Chinese Market
• Practical experience with Facebook Ads/Google AdWords/Apple Search Ads and/or advertising networks
• Are a true explorer and knowledge addict who can learn fast
• Need no external motivation to keep on and are driven by your results and successes and you
• You see interrelations on the spot and are keen on digging right into the core
• Know that the devil is in the detail and have an eye for it
• Understand that flexibility and adaptability is not a requirement but a survival skill of the 21 century
• It would be great (but not required) for you to be a skilled negotiator
• Certificate HSK 6 will be a plus
