Reporting and Controlling Team Leader

Objective:

Team Leader will be the first person within the controlling & reporting department in Lviv.

The main objective will be to CREATE the controlling & reporting department at our office in Lviv by recruiting, training & coaching the following staff in the department and ensuring the management of the local team in accordance with the company's strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Create the controlling & reporting department at our office in Lviv.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff.
• Follows strategic KPIs of the department & team.
• Develop a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Ensures that the values, rules and procedures are respected by the employees.
• Collaborates directly with the other departments of the company (training, commercial, recruitment, financial, IT).
• Participates and reports the results in different weekly & monthly management meetings and proposes solutions for improvement.

Profile searched :

• Higher studies completed (bachelor's / master's degree).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.
• Experience in recruiting, training staff, motivating & evaluating staff/team.
• Availability for national and international trips - especially in the training period.
• English (advanced).
• French (will be a plus).
• Real coordination and leadership skills.
• Business orientation, analytical capacity and long-term vision.
• Very good communication skills and proactive attitude.
