For international company in Lviv we're seraching for experienced candidates:

Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:

- At least 2 years experience in Personnel Administration processes;

- Specialized knowledge within labor legislation;

- Proficient in English – minimum B2;

Main responsibilities will be to:

- prepare administrative documents in the HR area from Hire to Retire such as, but not limited to: employment contracts, additional documents, job descriptions, etc., ensuring legal compliance;

- check monthly employee time and attendance, vacation tracking, medical leave;

- maintain relationship with suppliers;

- make monthly office orders;

- provide support for the organization of local events (delegations, presentations, meetings and similar events).

Budget: we don’t have a salary grid for HR Administrative Specialist position, because is the first time we’ll recruit such a profile. We would like to find out the market. So feel free to propose good profile and ask about their salary expectations.

Scuedule: 9 30 – 18 00 Monday-Friday.

The flow of the recruitment process: interview with the recruiter - interview with the manager at the office in Lviv  + on skype the manager from HQ.
