Technical Marketing Assistant

For international client we are searching for the best candidates as Technical Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a team player able to develop strong personal relationships with relevant stakeholders in the department and other stakeholders and secure quality in our data management systems.

You will work from Kiev?s office and will report to International Product Management Director.

Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing assistant, you will be responsible for following areas and tasks:

Secure data quality and validity in our different data management systems when it comes to information.

Responsible for administrative part of complaint handling (creation in SAP, follow up on stakeholders, communication of conclusion to customer).

Create cancellation program documents and secure execution within organization on this.

Responsible for creating new sales codes into internal system and define meaningful attributes for those.

Responsible for creating purchase orders on behalf of department and in charge of ordering product samples for testing and evaluation.

The "go to person" on extraction of data from SAP system on sales, costs, market reports etc.

Background & Skills

To be considered for the role we expect finished at least high school education in Business or Marketing Administration area or at least 3 years' experience at similar role. English language in written and spoken form is a must.
