Telecom Analyst

IT product company MobiChord is looking for a Telecom Analyst in our team.

As a Telecom Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing reports from different telecom vendors and describing the way these reports can be integrated into the MobiChord product. Also, you will be a person who perfectly knows services and solutions provided by vendors. Most of your time you will be working with huge amounts of data using excel hence advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

MobiChord software helps large companies (B2B, enterprise-scale) manage everything related to telecommunications and cloud services, as well as reduce labor costs by 69%, make processes 86% quicker, reduce operational costs up to 32%. At the scale of our customers such as Siemens, Adidas this translates to millions of dollars of savings + much happier people.

We automate all major business processes, be it ordering a new phone or requesting virtual machine from Amazon, etc., thus through integration with major telecom and cloud providers via APIs.

We analyze all the data, automatically suggest where they waste money and allow to fix it through our automation.

Skills:

• MS Excel strong user
• Experience with analyzing big sets of data
• Hands-on telecom industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand customers and developers alike
• English - intermediate
• Strong analytical research mindset

Will be a plus:

• It will be a huge plus if you have:
• Experience with Tableau, Python knowledge will be a big plus
• Experience with MS Excel PowerPivot feature and/or VBA
• Experience with technical procurement and operations of telecom services for big companies (wireless, Internet, telephony, cloud services)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze reports retrieved from different vendors and provide input to development team on how to integrate them to our data model.

• Provider Services and Structure
• Provider Telecom Plans
• Providers Price structure
• Providers Contracts and Contracts structure
