Middle Project Manager

BotsCrew is looking for a proactive, experienced middle project manager who is ready to work for the result and willing to become a part of our outstanding team!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management in IT company

• Good understanding of IT services company

• Proven people management and leadership skills

• Focusing on winning as a team. You know how to explain what success is and keep the cross-functional team on track to win. You know when to step in and help the team make decisions to stay on track

• Proven track record of launching digital products

• Excellent knowledge of specialized project management software(JIRA)

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills - you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users (in English)

• Decision making in risk situations

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Biased towards action, and want to work in a startup environment where you can make decisions quickly and own and measure the outcomes of those decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects teams

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with required quality

• Create and execute the detailed project plans

• Analyze and validate the estimates

• Work and cooperate effectively with teams

• Manage and assign individual tasks and responsibilities

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report project status as needed

• Manage client's expectations related to the project. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Facilitate client's communication

• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
