Agent Support Specialist

We are looking for an Agent Support Representative for our Lviv office. Agent Support will closely work with our independent Agents, assist them with various administrational and operational tasks as well as serve as a liaison between our independent Agents and in-house departments.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Set up new Agents
• Cross-reference potential customers in the CRM
• Set up new customers
• Work with various PLS departments (IT, Finance, Carrier Management, etc) as an in-between link for agents and those points of contact
• Assist Agents with quoting, posting loads, scheduling pick-ups, tracking shipments
• Provide the Agents with all required documents and information
• Keep Agents up-to-date with all important updates and changes
• Update the Agent information portal with current documentation and marketing materials
• Maintain Agent-related records
• Assist with day-to-day operations needs and resolve/escalate issues for Agents
• Serve as a main PLS point of contact for all independent Agents
• Submit requests to other PLS departments on Agent's behalf
• Other duties as required by business needs or assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced English level is a MUST
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Communication and organizational skills, good soft skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service
• Able to find solutions without direct step-by-step instructions
• Flexibility on workload/essential job functions
• Previous experience with native speakers will be an advantage

• Evening working shift: 4 pm - 1 am
