Live-video Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a live-video Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for exercising your knowledge to ensure our clients are able to realize the full benefits of the software.

The ideal candidate should be customer centric, have a background with video production tools and/or live video products, and should be motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in our customer’s hour of need. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about having an impact on a successful, growing company known for its customer service.

Responsibilities:
— troubleshoot & resolve Brandlive platform issues directly with customers;
— write detailed customer issue reports for all customer interactions; 
— identify and communicate software issues with proper internal channels;
— understand and align with customer’s goals to help them achieve their desired outcomes;
— drive platform adoption and offer industry best practices to help empower clients. 

Required skills:
— strong understanding of networking and livestreaming workflows; 
— analytical and Solutions-Focused individual; 
— 2+ years of Customer Service related experience is preferred; 
— 2+ years of AV/Production related experience is preferred;
— experience working with CRMs; 
— experience with bug reporting and utilizing QA tools; 
— excel at developing relationships over the phone and in person;
— must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment; 
— excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
— Advanced English (verbal and written).
