Content Manager / Junior Product Data Specialist

We're looking for a super-organised individual to join our Product Data team. The team manages the information about all our products, both on the sites and in the internal systems. You'll be working closely with the Site Merchandising, Buying, Supply & Demand, Customer Support, Pricing and Designer teams, ensuring proper data representation in the systems and unimpeded data flows between them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Adjustment of the data received from our external suppliers
• Maintenance of the data across our product information management software (InRiver PIM), ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and e-commerce platform (Magento) while launching new products
• Coordination of the external copywriting agency and photographers
• Support to other teams by solving barcode-related and cost pricing matters
• Prompt reaction to data-related issues reported by our customers
• Maintenance of the site catalogue
• Clean-ups of the data and investigation projects on demand

Profile and skills required:

• Most suitable for a person starting their career
• Great attention to detail
• Comfortable with multitasking
• A team player - a pleasant person to work with and happy to work with colleagues from lots of teams across the business
• Computer literacy
• Good spoken and written English language skills (B2 at least), passive German language skills would be a welcome bonus
• Crafting skills greatly appreciated
