Head of Execution

CHS Ukraine export-oriented company is part of CHS Inc., Fortune 100 business owned by United States agricultural cooperatives. The company started its business in Ukraine in 2008 and focuses on grain export.

We would like to invite a strong player to our Commercial Team on the position Head of Execution (Team Lead)

Reporting to Commercial Manager Ukraine

What you'll do:

Overall responsibilities for the execution of trade domestic contracts (FCA, EXW, CPT) within budgets and limits:

• Team management;
• Timely reporting on the status of contracts execution;
• Communication with other departments within the commercial team (trade, logistics), risk and accounting in order to achieve efficient execution of contracts;
• Leading ERP system enhancements;
• Planning of cargo movement to the port together with trade and logistics departments;
• Organization and coordination of month-end reconciliation with accounting department;

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree;
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role in Agribusiness is a must;
• Good understanding of trade/logistics/accounting;
• Incoterms, Gafta/Fosfa, grains quality knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills;
• Excellent change management, communication, and people leadership skills
