Contract Administrator (maternity leave)

    CHS Ukraine export-oriented company is part of CHS Inc., Fortune 100 business owned by United States agricultural cooperatives. The company started its business in Ukraine in 2008 and focuses on grain export.



    We would like to invite a strong player to our Commercial Team for the position of Contract Administrator (maternity leave)




    • Draft, review, issue contracts. Process contracts in the EPR system. Communicate with corporate departments to ensure that all contracts are accurate and correspond to commercial terms agreed;
    • Update and maintain contract filling in a timely manner, tracking and reporting on contract execution status;
    • Ensure originals of contract-related documents are well received and filled;
    • Provide regular updates/reporting to management, and internal stakeholders (as necessary) about the progress of contract execution status and key issues;
    • Negotiate and troubleshoot contractual issues;
    • Follow internal company procedures needed to approve counterparty for business;
    • Communicate with suppliers and customers, maintaining good professional relationship with counterparties;
    • Special projects as assigned;



    • 2+ years of contract administration experience or equivalent is required;
    • English - at least strong intermediate level;
    • Knowledge of contract execution procedures;
    • Prior experience with ERP/contract management systems;
    • Strong organization skills, attention to details, customer and service-oriented ;
    • Ability to work under time pressure, the capability of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines;
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form;
