Required skills and experience

• 2+ years of working experience as a BA

• English — Advanced (at least B2)

• Strong requirements elicitation skills using BA elicitation techniques (interview, document analysis, prototyping, observation, requirements workshops, brainstorming, etc.)

• Understanding requirements classification (business, functional, non-functional) and ability to communicate them to stakeholders

• Ability to define design options and recommend the solution. 

• Experience in pre-sales and discovery phases

• Experience in process analysis and modeling (as…is and to..be states) using UML diagrams

• Strong knowledge of requirements management tools (Jira, visualization tools, Google Analytics)

• Understanding of SDLC

• Google docs and spreadsheets Rock-star

• Proficient in Microsoft Office package

• Be familiar with Market Analysis and User Personas creation

• Know the difference between landing page markup implementation and microservices architecture design

• Know how to use a floppy disk

• Define business needs and business change drivers

• Manage customer expectations and translate needs into an effective solution

• Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

• Requirements analysis, specification, and validation

• Identify and communicate to stakeholders risks related to the requirements management process

• Participate and understand requirements prioritization process

• Manage Change Requests process

• Trace and maintain requirements

Conditions

• 3 steps to become a Syndicoder: HR interview, Professional interview, Interview with CEO;

• A trial period is two months;

• We usually do not practice overtime. In exceptions, we pay 100% as a standard working day;

• The working schedule is flexible, from 8:00-11:00 to 17:00-20:00, respectively;

• You can work remotely or full remote;

• Fifteen vacation days, excluding holidays and weekends;

• Twenty sick days per year;

• Healthcare insurance after the trial period;

• English lessons in groups;
