Customer Sales Specialist

DFG Research is a young and dynamic Ed-Tech company, which has been on the market for the past 10 years.

Our mission is to provide students with educational support enabled by technology, connecting tens of thousands of students with freelancers around the world to provide help and support with any homework related issues. 

We are looking for a passionate sales representative to join our Customer Sales Team, who knows how to build up the value of the product. 

Necessary qualifications:

• Excellent negotiation skills;

• Advanced written and spoken English;

• Ability to work night shifts to cover our western markets (at least 2 per week);

• Sales Experience with native English speakers;

• Self-motivation to absorb the experience and develop daily;

• Participation in international exchange programs is a big plus (e.g. FLEX, Erasmus, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Interact with new customers via text message interface;

• Encourage clients to place and pay for an order;

• Advise on the order procedures;

• Provide assistance with the web interface;

• Handle concerns and objections of new customers;

• Cooperate with awesome colleagues to reach the team's goals;

• Be a company's ambassador;

• NO cold calling involved. In fact, no calls involved at all. All communication is done by means of messaging.
