Writer Recruiting Manager is responsible for
1) processing applicants for the freelance copywriter position, support and maintenance of potential applicants as well as
2) onboarding hired candidates and guiding them through their account and established processes
Writer Recruiting Manager is tasked with an important challenge: to hire the most capable, talented and reliable freelance copywriters, maintaining company quality standards and safeguarding the security of inner processes.

Has fluent level of spoken and written English
Possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills (i.e. is able to communicate with different kind of people, is persuasive, polite and coherent)
Is hard-working, self-motivated and self-organized; is able to prioritize one's tasks independently

Is able to gather and analyze the facts and reach the best decision; his/her decisions are logical

Knows how to cope with the monotonic nature of the job

Recruiting Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to
Processing of candidates
Checking & evaluating candidates' applications
Providing candidates with feedback
"Pushing" candidates to continue with their applications via phone calls/email and anything else recruiting manager sees fit
Making sure that nothing prevents a candidate from smoothly going through the recruitment funnel
Support, maintenance and guidance of potential candidates through the application process
Onboarding of newly hired writers
