We are looking for driven detail-oriented problem-solvers who enjoy the challenge and are willing to go above and beyond for the position of Quality Assurance Content Manager (aka Grading expert)

 

The job of a Quality Assurance Content Manager is to evaluate, ensure and facilitate the quality of content produced by our freelance copywriters by reviewing and revising orders before they are delivered to customers, thoroughly analyzing clients' feedback and complaints.

 

Grading expert holds the fate of thousands of writers and clients in their hands which requires one to effectively interact with customer support representatives in order to help copywriters use their potential to the fullest to meet clients halfway.

  • Is willing to work night shifts (at least 2 night shifts per week; 11 pm till 7 am)

 

Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to

 

  • Processing all quality related requests and claims;

  • Evaluating copywriters' work and providing them with proper feedback;

  • Estimating client's requests and advising on how best to approach the completion of certain tasks;

  • Working with requests made by dissatisfied clients;

  • Pre-checking and editing of orders before they are delivered to our customers;

  • Completing small written tasks (outlines, list of sources etc.);

  • Assisting Customer Support Representatives with problematic and unusual cases.
