We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people, who are ready to provide our customers with best in class customer service on the position of a Customer Support Representative.

Necessary qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced written and spoken English
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shifts (at least 2 per week, 11PM-7AM)
• Experience working with native English speakers is a plus
• Participation in international exchange programs is a big plus e.g. FLEX, Erasrus, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers via text message interface only
• Advising on the order procedures
• Providing assistance with the web interface
• Handling complaints and issues
• NO calling involved whatsoever
