Right now we are looking for Recruiter to warm welcome to Vinnytsya OnSeo team. IT recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process at OnSeo Company.

Requirement:

• Work experience at similar positions minimum 2 years;
• English Intermediate (written and spoken);
• Understanding of software development company functioning;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Result orientation;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilty:

• Headhunting and Recruitment of staff (Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Artists etc);
• Effective communication with potential candidates;
• Interviews;
• Increasing and updating internal candidate database;
• Work and negotiations both with external customers and with internal (PM, Team Lead, CEO etc.);
• IT market monitoring.
