What you’ll be doing:

• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR services

• Analyzing trends and metrics within the department

• Resolving complex people relations issues and address grievances

• Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy

• Collaborate with other areas of HR on the implementation and rollout of plans, programs, and policies

• Identify training needs for teams and individuals

• Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members

• Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a people partner

• Excellent people management skills

• Great desire to work with people

• Analytical and goal-oriented approach

• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

• Coaching, influencing, problem-solving, and facilitation skills are essential

• A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
