Key tasks:
- develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
- developing and implementing client acquisition strategy;
- establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
- maintaining sales metrics (client conversion rate) by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
- reporting on sales performance against results;
- development and support of profitable relations with customers;
- analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of B2C sales strategy, costs and results;
- set KPIs and revenue goals for your sales team;
- motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible;
- continual training and development of all members of the sales team;
- identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Knowledge and skills:
- proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets;
- min 2+ years in B2C direct sales;
- previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director;
- advanced/Fluent English;
- applicable understanding of marketing principles;
- ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization;
- demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- ability to resolve conflict situations, client-oriented & consultative approach;
- strong multitasking skills;
- strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams;
- excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- advanced computer skills.
