Key tasks:

 

  • develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
  • developing and implementing client acquisition strategy;
  • establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
  • maintaining sales metrics (client conversion rate) by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
  • reporting on sales performance against results;
  • development and support of profitable relations with customers;
  • analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of B2C sales strategy, costs and results;
  • set KPIs and revenue goals for your sales team;
  • motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible;
  • continual training and development of all members of the sales team;
  • identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.

 

Knowledge and skills:

 

  • proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets;
  • min 2+ years in B2C direct sales;
  • previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director;
  • advanced/Fluent English;
  • applicable understanding of marketing principles;
  • ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization;
  • demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
  • ability to resolve conflict situations, client-oriented & consultative approach;
  • strong multitasking skills;
  • strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams;
  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • advanced computer skills.
