Binariks is looking for a ready-to-learn and willing-to-grow Junior Sales Manager/Sales Manager Assistant who will assist in acquiring new and retaining existing customers and supporting the overall business development process.

- Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles
- Upper-intermediate (or higher) spoken and written English
- Well-developed communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn fast

Your Responsibilities
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe)
- Writing proposals and bidding on b2b platforms (LinkedIn, UpWork, others)
- Building up effective communications with prospects
- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities
- Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients
- Assist Sales and Delivery managers in communication with clients, gathering requirements, organizing pre-sales process
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs
- Create/update/maintain marketing materials (company portfolio, services, testimonials, profiles, etc.).
- Ensure the CRM system has relevant, full, and accurate information daily
Will be a plus
- Experience working or studying abroad (US, Europe)
- Experience working in IT
- Understanding of/Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
- Understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients
- Experience working with b2b (Upwork, etc.) platforms
- Any sales or marketing experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Understanding the negotiation and sales process
