Technical Support Specialist (Remote all over Ukraine)

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. 

Mandatory Requirements:

• good written and spoken English;
• 1+ year in technical support departments (preferably experience with VoIP phone-based applications);
• good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• attention to details;
• multi-tasking capabilities;
• Technical background;
• Ukrainian citizenship (applicants with a temporary resistance permit will be rejected).

Main Responsibilities:

• Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
• Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues;
• Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers;
• provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
• create and process support tickets
