GeeksForLess, North American based outsourcing company, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for night shift (00.00-08.00) - working from home.

Project description:

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via chat, email, and ticketing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hosting, email, database and other web-related issues using available resources over online chat and email;
• create and process support tickets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• good written and spoken English;
• good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• attention to details;
• multi-tasking capabilities.
