Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience in the same position;

• Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS;
• Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN);
• Good understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP;
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, WSUS, WDS;
• Understanding of the model OSI;
• The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, etc.;
• Knowledge of software (Microsoft Office, email clients, RDP, antivirus programs, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Database MongoDB, MySQL;
• Understanding of Jira/Confluence;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to multitask;
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure;
• Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications;
• Monitoring and managing IT systems;
• Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company's network;
• Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service;
• Inventory of IT equipment;
• Setting up servers and network equipment;
• Prompt troubleshooting.
