Role and Responsibilities:
- Arranges the reception of deliveries from suppliers and vendors;
- Prepares the workplace for newcomers;
- Replaces the contractors/teams within the office;
- Resolves Service Desks tickets on office issues;
- Independently troubleshoots appliances, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other systems or initiates service providers visits;
- Performs basic office repairs (including furniture and appliances) and miscellaneous works as needed;
- Participates in office relocation process;
- Performs infrastructure tasks connected to new offices launching;
- Participates in initiatives, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiencies;
- Performs a variety of preventive maintenance tasks;
- Inspects office on daily basis according to the checklist;
- Provides support during the planning and conduction of internal events (corporate events, conferences, etc.);
- Ensures proper execution of eco-initiatives (waste sorting, energy-saving, etc.);
- Provides transportation and delivery services;
- Interacts with all departments of the Company;
- Other duties as requested or defined by role.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate or University degree;
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience of a customer service environment;
- General technical knowledge and background;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Prioritization skills;
- Physical ability to perform job requirements;
- Language requirements: English - Elementary, Intermediate;
- Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
