PJSC Carlsberg Ukraine is looking for a Brand Manager to brewing for better today and tomorrow.

Your tasks:

• Formation and implementation of brand strategy (including positioning strategy, portfolio development, and communication) and sales planning
• Participation in the development of product innovations 
• Communication with various departments of our company, headquarters, and other markets and creative, BTL or media agencies
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting on crucial brand indicators
• Responsibility for the P&L of the brand
• Managing subordinates

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is experienced in international companies, especially FMCG market
• Was in charge of strong and prominent brands 
• Feels passionate about doing marketing 360•
• Is experienced in launching innovations and product development 
• Can spot inefficiencies, improve processes
• Likes wearing multiple hats
• Is not opposed to owning processes end-to-end
• Has excellent skills in written and spoken English
