Assistant to Finance Dpt.

Carlsberg Ukraine is looking for candidates to fill the position of Assistant to Finance Department based in Kyiv.

Local reporting to Finance Vice-President (non-resident alien).

Your main areas of responsibilities:

• Helping to organize Finance department tasks;
• Providing administrative support: calendar management, business trips, expenses processing, reports;
• Participating in organization meetings, business conferences and other activities of department;
• Preparing and consolidating of presentations.

You possess the following characteristics:

• Bachelor or Master Degree;
• At least 1 year assisting experience;
• Good communication skills, punctual, responsible, helpful, supportive and cooperative personality, great motivation to develop in finance;
• Upper-Intermediate English language (spoken and written);
• MS Office - Confidence User.
