HR Business Partner for Supply Chain function

Carlsberg Ukraine is happy to announce HR Business Partner for Supply Chain function.

You will be responsible for managing organizational and people-related strategy and execution as well as collaborating with Supply Chain leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting changes.

Your Mission:

• Provide HR expertise and front-line, day-to-day HR partnership to Managers and associates.
• Translate business needs into relevant HR activities.
• Support recruitment, adaptation and talent management processes.
• Managing calibration processes and sessions, educating leaders on how to evaluate performance and potential.
• Align compensation recommendations and motivation programs with performance assessment.
• Participate in change management processes and organizational design to drive transformation.
• Own and drive specific HR projects with impact on business and organization.
• Support safety and health projects and initiatives.

You possess the following characteristics:

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Experience in HR and/or in Supply Chain on a managerial role at least 2 years, preferably in FMCG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner, punctual, responsible, stress resistant, helpful, supportive and cooperative personality
• English - upper-intermediate.
