Job Description:
The position of Customer Support Representative within the Sales Operations team would be dealing with databases administration, customer management and support. The position requires strong time-management skills, persistence and business ethics for broad cross-department and International customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Database usage and administration;
- Customer communication and management;
- Orders processing and backlog management;
- Post-order support;
- Data mining;
- Quotes review and processing;
- Samples requests handling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- English (upper-intermediate+);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point;
- CRM and/or ERP system(s);
- 1+ year(s) experience in customer support;
- MA/BA degree in economics (preferred but not required).
