Requirements:

• legal background;
• upper intermediate English;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• excellent legal drafting skills;
• strong communication skills;
• a keen eye for detail;
• ability to stand ground.

Duties:

• drafting, reviewing, revising and approving contracts, PoA's, company letters and other documentation;
• preparing of legal alert in regulatory affairs issues;
• deep analysis and consulting on national requirements;
• reviewing of promo materials for compliance with antimonopoly and other legislation;
• legal supporting on protection from parallel («grey») import;
• drafting resolutions of the Board and other management bodies, coordinating the approvals process;
• implementing processes for receiving approvals of the appropriate departments, management and the Board for all matters that require such approvals;
• advising on, and taking part in making decisions as to corporate and legal matters;
• and a list of exciting tasks.
