Ми у пошуках Senior Game Community Manager, з розвиненою емпатією, любов'ю до ігор і умінням писати цікаві тексти.

Розробка MMO-ігор це дуже складно, але водночас неймовірно цікаво. Ми хочемо знайти саме ту людину, яка поділяє нашу пристрасть до викликів і досконалості, яка буде отримувати задоволення в процесі разом із нами.

Обов'язки

• Просування нашої MMO RPG Corepunk у соціальних мережах
• Участь у життєвому циклі проекту
• Самостійність у доборі контенту
• Управління спільнотою гравців (спілкування в блозі, на форумі, в соціальних мережах, відстеження порушень та ін.)
• Здійснення зв'язку між ігровим ком'юніті та розробниками гри
• Відвідування ігрових заходів, виставок

Вимоги

• English native speaker or fluent
• Досвід реалізації SMM-проектів мінімум 1 рік
• Досвід роботи в ігровій індустрії
• Робота з соціальними мережами: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Vk, Discord
• Чудове розуміння трендів ігрової індустрії
• Досвід управління спільнотами та вміння організувати людей online та offline
• Грамотне усне та письмове мовлення
• Досвід написання інформаційних статей, анонсів
• Оптимізм, креативність, дружелюбність, стресостійкість
• Уважність, акуратність, відповідальність
• Любов до ігор

Додатковим плюсом буде 

• Значний досвід гравця в онлайн-проектах
• Розуміння принципів роботи Twitch та Reddit

About the job

We are looking for a creative Senior Game Community Manager with a lot of empathy for others, competent writing skills and a genuine passion for games.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's product MMO RPG Corepunk on different social media platforms

• Be part of the overall project development process

• Be self-dependent in regards to choosing content

• Manage and engage the online community of players (maintaining communication on the blog, forum, social media and monitoring for violations)

• Maintaining communication between players and the development team

• Be prepared to travel to gaming events and expos

Requirements  

• English native speaker or fluent 

• At least 1 year of experience with successful SMM projects

• Work experience in the gaming industry

• Proven ability with diverse social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Vk, Discord

• A strong understanding of current trends in the gaming industry 

• Experience with managing online communities, great organizational skills (online and offline)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with writing articles, announcements, and informational content

• Optimism, creativity, friendliness, and the ability to work under stress

• Attentive to details, responsible, considerate

• Passionate about games

Will be a plus 

• Proven experience with online projects

• A solid grasp of how Twitch and Reddit work
