Marketing Manager

We, the team at Prime Design Group, manufacture and sell products under several brands, including Teslyar (teslyar.com). We make handcrafted sustainable wooden items and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. This person will be a go-getter and the position will grow into being the Head of Marketing.

We sell our products throughout the world and across a range of marketplaces, including our websites, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and others.

Responsibilities:

• The main responsibility of this role to manage and coordinate marketing employees and freelancers, along with making improvements to our marketing position and processes.
• Manage and adapt the marketing plan according to a changing business environment and in accordance with the business' strategy.
• Manage SMM, PPC, SEO, web developers, employees and other freelancers based on requirements.
• Develop, manage and improve our B2C and B2B funnels.
• Practical implementation of growing our brand and acquiring customers.
• Manage our SEO specialist, analyse their performance and suggest improvements to our SEO approach to increase organic growth.
• Manage our SMM specialist, review performance and suggest directional improvements for optimal growth and exposure.
• Manage our PPC specialists, suggest creative assets, targets and coordinate the creation of assets for paid advertisement.
• Manage the blog article creation process to increase our SEO presence.
• Create promotional events for new products and seasonal offers.
• Analyse and find ways to improve website performance and brand position.
• Analyse competitors, suggest and implement changes to our marketing approach.
• Reporting, monitoring KPIs, calculate ROI and take part in budget planning.

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who can grow into becoming the Head of Marketing with additional remuneration and benefits.
• A broad range of Marketing experience with quantitative demonstration of previous results.
• Must have experience managing a team.
• Must have knowledge in SMM, SEO, Content Marketing and Lead development.
• Must have knowledge of paid advertisement (Google, Facebook/ Instagram/ Bing) and willingness to learn about new platforms.
• Preference for those who have e-commerce and B2C experience.
• Advanced English is preferred and Intermediate English at the minimum.
• You must be creative, organized and analytical.
• Experience with Google and Shopify analytics is a plus.
