Working with US-based companies since 2016, Pharmbills is a back-office workforce company, integrating seamlessly with its clients’ teams.

We hire and train English-speaking university graduates in Ukraine to work in a variety of back-office positions from data entry and customer service to billing and account payables.

The company is headquartered in Odesa, Ukraine, with a second, recently opened, office in Kharkiv.


We are looking to hire Business Office Manager to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Business Office Manager will support the operational activities and collaborate closely with Operation Manager.

This position is for someone who loves being on top of many details, interacting with people, and bringing to Ukraine a higher level of employee satisfaction.

Making sure our clients can get the best service possible. That’s our #1 priority. You will be one of the driving forces to make sure this happens.


  • Working with the executive team to implement world’s best practices for employee service level.
  • Getting to know numerous high-quality employees from all different backgrounds.
  • Ability to influence people’s lives on a daily basis, and make people smile.

  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • Providing offices with everything necessary for a comfortable working environment
  • Finding and building relationships with suppliers
  • Organizing all logistic for abroad traveling/company guests
  • Accommodation of external and internal business trips (booking tickets, finding hotels etc.)
  • Support Operation Manager in organizing company events
  • Spreading the culture and core values of our company

  • Good spoken and written English, Russian and Ukrainian
  • Ability to notice needs and react in timely manner
  • Initiativeness and proactivity
  • Strong attention to details, effective time-management
  • Good sense of integrity, fairness, and transparency
  • Advanced computer user
  • Experience in volunteering is a bonus
  • Process coordination skills
