Receptionist for cruise liner

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English and German;
• experience of working as receptionist;
• (experience of working on cruise ship is not obligatory).

Duties:

• dealing with guest requests timely and in efficient manner;
• accepting of guest complaints with pro-active approach to problem solving;
• guest check-in and phone duties;
• commenting card data entry and other administrative duties as required;
• responsibility for setting up guest account, cash payments and guest account queries;
• providing Cash Advances and Foreign Currency Account Payments to guests;
• assistance in training new reception staff in front office operations;
• complying with company safety and pollution prevention regulations.

Work conditions:

• contract duration 6 months;
• salary from 1050$;
  
• all costs are at the expence of company (flights, accomodation, food, medical insurance, uniform);
• assistance in document processing.
