Senior\Lead Backend Developer (Python)

# We need

Must have:

• Python 3.5+
• AsyncIO or JS Promises
• PostgreSQL, raw queries hands-on experience
• Basic ES6 or TypeScript
• Basic ReactJS
• REST or GraphQL
• Linux administration
• Git
• Reading/writing english

Nice to have

• Experience of working in a production environment
• Mentoring and leadership experience

# You do:

Technical:

• Create brand new projects and helper services from scratch
• Maintain existing product
• Implement both API and core parts of the system
• Design databases, construct complex data operating queries
• Operate remote servers via SSH
• Configure CI for different kind of projects
• Participate in UX, features technical design and architectural decisions

Semi-technical:

• Deal with production state, investigate issues in real-time
• Mentor BE/FE developers
• Perform code review
• Take leadership and ownership over the issues and overall product
