Customer Success Manager

On behalf of AppsFlyer, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will join an existing team in Kyiv.

AppsFlyer is the world’s leading mobile attribution & marketing analytics platform, helping app marketers around the world make better decisions. AppsFlyer’s holistic approach allows advertisers to measure all media sources, including paid, organic, viral, and social sources, without compromising user experience or accuracy.

What you have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in mobile advertising or mobile SaaS companies;
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with AppsFlyer's services;
• Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member;
• SQL or coding experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage clients’ accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, and product and help them succeed in their goals;
• Handle new feature releases;
• Provide client feedback internally;
• Provide client training and webinars;
• Upsell existing clients;
• Introduce new features.
