Customer Support Representative (French/English)

Our Kyiv Team is growing and we're looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative with French and English to join Helpware.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers through various channels(phone/email/chat) in English and French

• Investigating customer service issues 

• Resolving customer service situations using appropriate tools and accommodations

• Collect bug reports and feature requests 

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French

• At least 6 months of Customer Support Experience

• Proficient in using Zendesk, LiveChat, CRM and other customer support tools
