Product & supply coordinator

ASBISc is one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets. We are looking for Product & supply coordinator (Small domestic appliances)

Key Tasks:

• Initial launch planning
• Organize efficient supply planning and ordering processes
• Collaboration with teams in China, R&D, sales offices
• Plan and maintain inventory within KPI
• Manage purchase and stock allocation to entities based on Company's priorities
• Provide recommendations to optimize inventory and purchasing
• Prepare analytic reports and presentations
• Manage certification and testing
• Packaging and localization (Translations, QSG, artworks)
• Control QA&QC
• Support all other operational workflow for new product introduction and existing models maintaining
• Perform other tasks when required

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organization skills
• Higher education
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong team player
• Fluent English
