Trainer

The IS Trainer is the subject matter expert for design, delivery and development of IS Trainings for Contract Logistic Corporate Knowledge Center making worldwide support (over 65 countries across the world). 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• design, preparation and ordering educational aids and materials for IS trainings and workshops
• mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs and courses for Corporate and Regional Teams in live, webinar and online (CBT) formats; including following Train-The-Trainer strategy
• marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
• conducting organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  

Your skills and experience:

• technical or economical BA / MA
• experience in Logistics or IT min. 2 years
• fluent English
  
• methodological and teaching skills
• effective communication and leadership skills
• innovation and analytical skills
