HR Generalist in Software Development Company

Recruiting company MindHunt is looking for HR Generalist with experience in software development companies (ideally in software product company)

...to join our Client - American software development company -- VIP Partner Of Microsoft -- with offices in Miami (USA), San Paolo (Brazil), London (UK) and Kyiv (Ukraine), which develop solutions and services for the private equity and alternative asset management industry, covering fund and management company accounting, CRM, investor communications, portfolio monitoring and business intelligence.

Office Location: Kyiv, near Pecherskaya station (15a Leiptsyzka St.)

Conditions: attractive $$$ salary with an annual review, ANNUAL BONUS, medical insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Evaluate training programs
• Suggest new HR strategies
• Recruiting of IT specialists, including developers, QA Engineers, Systems Engineer, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Generalist in software development company (preferably in a software product development company)
• Experience in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits fields
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal-oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
