Embedded Android Developer

Dish Ukraine is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dish Technologies LLC .Our mission is to develop software for a new generation of video streaming products for use in a wide variety of markets ranging from satellite television to home security systems.

We are looking to recruit Middle or Senior Android System developer who will work on Android TV STB (set top box). This project is the TOP priority  in DISH this year. Alfa relise was on 16th of March. 

Requires:

• Experience in developing Android system applications

• Customizing or Changing modules of Android OS

• Strong knowledge of C/C++ development & Java

• Knowledge of OOP and design patterns

• Understanding of software development for Linux OS, usage of tools and methods of work on Linux console

• Knowledge of working with version control system: Git

• Intermediate and higher knowledge of spoken English

• Ability to stay focused on the task at hand, ensuring that timelines are met and operations are not adversely impacted

• Strong problem solving abilities, as well as self-initiative and proactive approach

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Android Junit
