Brand & Data Manager

Our client is a well-known international company, a leading manufacturer in the FMCG sector, to expand its activities and staff, announces a competition for a vacancy: Brand/Pet Owner & Data Manager, Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the D2C digital, engagement & eCommerce strategy for the unit - defining growth levers for the online channel, must win battles and key market/retailer priorities. Such as mapping of online retailers / marketplaces, collect/update data to follow market trends and anticipate decisions, customer classifications based on specific and relevant criteria, define our pricing and trade terms strategy, explore the different channel opportunities including B2B2C and D2C;
• Make sure we build synergies between the offline customers and the online customers, fostering qualitative prescription models and recommendation from pet experts;
• Lead, engage, and develop the team members / key stakeholders to deliver the Annual Execution Plan for digital, eCommerce & CRM, profitable growth and market share online;
• Accountable for the consistency of our brand online execution, as well as our omnichannel operating principles deployment;
• Develop the team to use analytics and insights to understand bottom line impacts and ensure the design and implementation of metrics & analytics for managing and benchmarking results.

Main requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in online/digital/internet sales & marketing specifically involving consumer goods and track record of growing and developing those channels;
• Ideally proven track record running a B2B and D2C eCommerce business, driving the overall strategy and organization with an excellent;
• Required minimum 3 years in a senior sales role with successful record in delivering strong results and customer collaboration;
• Strong understanding of e-commerce / digital;
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, up to senior management, with versatile styles;
• Experience in driving strong customer partnerships;
• Language skills: English is a must, other additional languages useful.
