Our vacancy for those who want to grow in the e-commerce business. 

We are looking for a virtual assistant (remote work) to help us with: communication with customers, SMM, data consolidation, 

analysis, different marketing activities, other tasks to help boost our e-commerce business, fill the site with the information, maintaining social networks, writing posts, search for information, partners, contractors, CEO personal tasks. 

Now it is a remote part-time job (2-4 hours/day Mon-Fri). Later it will be an opportunity to make it full-time. We expect you are always available online, so  you will have flexible working hours though you should be available on a cell, e-mail, messengers from 9 am to 9 pm in case there is an urgent tasks and we need your assistance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Checking that all goods have been delivered to our warehouses
  • Every Monday check stock, check sales per week, per month- fill the tabs
  • Answer to clients via on our website + customercare@ email + FB + Instagram
  • Content update on our website, other marketplaces, FB, Instagram 
  • Initial communication with influencers (check prices, conditions, negotiate a review for a product or %from sale)
  • SMM - Post on FB + Pinterest, twice a week + when launching new products
  • Work with a designer to finalize product photos for listings after a photosession
  • Work with a video editing specialist to finalize the product video for listings and amazon ads
  • Work with programmers when a website update is needed
  • Make researches on different business topics

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Written and spoken English (Intermediate+ but Upperintermediate+ is preferable)
  • 1+ years of previous experience (SEO specialist, personal assistant, administrator, etc.)
  • Excel, Word, Google Docs/Sheets active user
  • Desire to study and self-develop professionally & personally (we have tons of video lessons, which you will have to watch and study)
  • Responsible and accountable for taken actions
  • Attention to details
