Your role:

• Develop a sourcing strategy for the selective baskets and responsible region CEE, define execution modalities after approval by Category Team Leader ensuring full documentation and traceability
• Contribute to deliver bottom line results managing own spend/projects according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target defined with Category Team Leader Marketing
• Conduct periodical risk assessment and design and manage adequate countermeasures for selected spend
• Define and manage selected supplier portfolio; select suppliers; establish strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manage it accordingly
• Align with local and regional purchasing teams the implementation of global strategy in CEE, built tandem with the local and regional purchasing within project implementation
• Independent project lead and project management of regional sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholder and external supplier

Your skills:

• Strategic purchasing experience - at least 3 years
• Very good communication skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Master’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing
• Very good stakeholder management
• Focus on process improvements and problem solving
• Analytical thinking
