Position of Reception secretary is a good possibility to start your career at multinational company.

YOUR ROLE:

• Coordinate office activities
• Arrange visa for Henkel employees
• Make reservations of hotel rooms, flights / train tickets for employees and guests
• Respond to routine correspondence, visitors and telephone calls
• Organize and ensures flow of documents in the office
• Answer inquiries about company
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms

YOUR SKILLS:

• English Upper Intermediate+
• MS Office experienced user (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communicative and organizational skills
• Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
