Who we are?
Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with HQ in NJ and the development centers in Kyiv, and Mogilev, Belarus. We were founded in 2010 and already expanded our team to over 100 sharp minds people. The majority of our projects belong to Healthcare and Real Estate domains.
Since the quarantine showed up in our lives, we have been working remotely. For the future, we count on full-time office cooperation.

Does this relate to you?  

— 3-5 + years’ experience in a digital marketing position.
— Experience in Website portfolio management, SEO, UX/UI improvement
— In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
— Solid understanding of HTML, CSS is required.
— Highly creative with excellent analytical skills with ability to use Digital Marketing metrics (Conversion rates, Cost per conversion (CPC), Lead to close ratio, Return on ad spend (ROAS).
— Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends).
— Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
— Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
— English Intermediate. 

About the role:

We are searching for a highly-creative CMO/Head of marketing responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. 

The main goal is to attract B2B leads, help grow our brand, increasing loyalty and awareness.
Duties will include (but not limited to) planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks:
— Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
— Maintaining our social media presence across digital channels. Oversee and manage all contents (company’s website, LinkedIn, etc). Cooperate with subcontractors (copywriters, designers, researchers).
— Design, implementation and oversee of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
— Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
— Develop and monitor digital marketing budgets.
— Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
